What is Bollywood Sweat?

Bollywood Sweat is a high-energy, Bollywood-inspired fitness class designed to get you moving, sweating and feeling good.

It blends:

  • simple, repeatable dance-inspired movement

  • cardio intervals to keep your heart rate up

  • strength and conditioning exercises

  • routines you can pick up as you go

You don’t need dance experience, perfect coordination or a fitness background.

This class is about energy, stamina and enjoyment, not perfection.
